Victor Villarreal "Invisible Cimema"

Indiana's Joyful Noise announced yesterday that they will be releasing the first solo album from Victor Villarreal (Cap'n Jazz, Owls, Joan of Arc) on January 24th. The album is called Invisible Cimema and will feature six tracks that blend various elements of guitar. On the album Victor plays an array of instruments and really demonstrates his immense talent.

Santah on Audiotree

Santah has been all over the place lately and I am sure it is due their signing to No Sleep Records and releasing their debut White Noise Bed back in June. They recorded a session for Daytrotter that came out last month, and now have released a tremendous session with Audiotree.

Santah is recording a live session for Epitonic at Saki on Dec. 4th at 5:30pm. The last Epitonic live session was last month with YAWN.

Stolen Silver on Rooftop Sessions

Even though their self-titled debut album came out back in July, Stolen Silver feels like a duo built for the bitter cold of the Chicago winter. You can feel and see what I mean in their recent rooftop performance for Rooftop Sessions of the track "Please Stay Strong". You can grab their album through bandcamp, and you can chack Stolen Silver on the WGN Morning News on December 28th.
