Minor Moon "No Lightning Fix"

Minor Moon has released the first single, "No Lightning Fix", from their forthcoming album Tethers. This will be the group's, which is led by Sam Cantor, third studio album and first since 2019's An Opening.

Tethers is set to be released on March 26th via Ruination Record Co. & Whatever's Clever and can be preorder here.

Minor Moon Album Release at Constellation (2/15)

Minor Moon has recently announced that their latest LP, An Opening, will be released via Midwest Action on February 8th. The Sam Cantor fronted band spent 2018 preparing for the release and dropped three singles from this project through out the year.

Minor Moon @ Empty Bottle (11/19)

Minor Moon has released a new single called “Hold Me Up (Liar)”. This is the Sam Cantor fronted band’s third single of 2018 following-up “It’s Okay” and “Sacrificial Animal”.

You can catch Minor Moon at Empty Bottle on Nov. 19th with Paul Moody and The Revelators and Deli favorite Brendan Losch.

Minor Moon release "Sacrificial Animal" @ The Hideout tonight! (8/17)

Minor Moon released a new single this week called “Sacrificial Animal” via Ruination Record Company. This is the band’s second single this year following up March’s “It’s Okay”. Both singles are leading towards the band’s second full-length album which is planned for early 2019.

Minor Moon "It's Okay"

Minor Moon have released a new single called “It’s Okay”. According to songwriter and lead singer, Sam Cantor, the song focuses on how he balances being a cynic and how "that cynicism is rooted so much in a desire for hope and for a better world – you have to acknowledge the pain of that cynicism".
